Villafiorita

Su una collina incantata, nelle immediate vicinanze di Ancona (10 minuti dal centro) da dove è possibile ammirare i monti Sibillini, il promontorio del Conero, il mare, il golfo sovrastato dalla cattedrale di S. Ciriaco, è situato Villafiorita, una dimora molto amata dai proprietari che hanno deciso di condividerla con gli ospiti, dedicando un appartamento al Bed and Breakfast. A loro disposizione mettono tre camere con bagno indipendente, un ampio salone - sala da pranzo dove viene servita la colazione che nella bella stagione può essere offerta in giardino. Sempre a disposizione degli ospiti c'è un parco ricco di fiori e piante da frutto ed un lungo viale ombreggiato da pini secolari e ornato da siepi profumate per rilassanti passeggiate o attività sportive nella massima libertà e riservatezza. Anche se a due passi dalla città e dai punti di collegamento (autostrada, stazione ferroviaria, porto e aeroporto), è in aperta campagna, un luogo quindi adatto al riposo e alla tranquillità più assoluta.

Le camere accoglienti e luminose, sono fornite di TV e servite di bagni esclusivi, ampi e luminosi e completi di box doccia. sono state distinte per i colori dominanti dell'arredo in Camera Rossa, camera Arancione, Camera Verde (a richiesta, si fornisce la culla al costo di € 5,00 al giorno per i bambini fino a due anni di età); tutte affacciano sul giardino e sull'uliveto (due hanno anche l'accesso diretto) e quella verde o mini suite, dispone di un'ampia zona relax e bagno con vasca (a richiesta può essere aggiunto il terzo letto).

Da Villafiorita è molto semplice raggiungere le decantate località balneari ai piedi del Conero (Sirolo, Numana, Portonovo) o fare escursioni sul Conero stesso dove si possono seguire percorsi che portano alla scoperta di punti panoramici veramente incantevoli. Gli amanti dello sport hanno a disposizione il Conero Golf Club, centri equestri, campi da tennis e una scuola di vela e wind-surf, a solo 15 minuti da casa. Si può arrivare in poco tempo anche al Santuario di Loreto, noto per la Madonna Nera o alle famose Grotte di Frasassi, le più grandi di Europa. Da Ancona che si trova al centro delle Marche, è facile raggiungere nello spazio di una giornata, tutte le altre interessanti località turistiche della regione. You will find Villafiorita on top of an enchanting hill that is just 10 minutes from Ancona city centre, from which point it is possible to admire the Sibillini mountains, the Conero headland, the sea and the fulf overllked by the San Ciriaco cathedral. This residence is well-loved by its owners, who have decided to share it with guest by dedicating an apartment to the provision of a Bed and Breakfast facility. This apartment includes three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large sitting room/dining area where breakfast is served (although in high season it may be served in the garden). guest may take the opportunity to enjoy the park, which is full of flowers and fruit trees and has a long path shadede by pine trees that are hundreds of years old. Fragrant hedges enhace relaxing walks and sporting activities, which may be performed freely in this extremely private environment. Although it is a few minutes away from the city and from main transport links (motorway, railway station, port and airport), it is also in the heart of the countryside, in a place that is ideally suited to relaxation and complete tranquillity.

The welcoming and bright rooms are all equipped with televisions and have large ande equally bright en-suite bathrooms, complete with showers. Each room is furnished with a main colour theme and is named accordingly: there is a Red Room, an Orange Room and a Green Room (a cot is available on request at a supplementary cost of € 5,00 per day for children up to the age of two years) . At the bedrooms look out onto the garden and olive grove (two of the rooms even have direct access) and the Green Room, or mini-suite, has a large relaxation area and a bathtub (a third bed is available on request).

It is extremely easy, when travelling from Villafiorita, to find the highly-praise bathing areas at the foot of the Conero (Sirolo, Numana, Portonovo) or to take day trips leading over the Conero itself, where tourists may follow various trails leading to truly magnificent panoramic viewpoints. Sport enthusiasts may take full advantage of the Conero Golf Club, horse-riding centres, tennis courts and a sailing and windsurfing school, all within 15 minutes of the residence. It takes hardly any time ata all to reach the Loreto Sanctuary (which is famous for its Black Madonna) or the Frassassi Caves, the largest caves in Europa. From the city of Ancona, which is situated in the centre of Le Marche, it is easy to get to all the other interesting tourist sites in the region. The owners of Villafiorita, who love this area and know it inside out, will be more than happy to give advice relating to tourist itineraries, food and wine experiences or shopping circuits that will lead to the outlets of various world-famous fashion labels.
